How do I return my order?
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size? Or would you like a refund? No problem at all! After receiving your order you have 14 days to register your return.
The exchange in another size is always free of charge. You can use our return label for this purpose. If you are returning items without exchanging them, you can also use our return label. In that case we will only charge €6.95.
SCAN ME:
1. REGISTER Within 14 days after receiving your order, select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method.
2. PACK Place the item(s) you would like to return, back in the box you received them in. Close the box securely. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label!
3.SEND Bring your package to a post office within 3 business days after registration or have your package picked up by using the pickup service.
4.REFUND As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive within 3-4 working days a refund or a customized KLARNA invoice.
